While everyone focused on the devastation, Donna looked at the country through the eyes of a designer, recognizing the immense creativity, untapped potential, and unique culture.

From the moment Donna Karan landed in Haiti, it has been her dream to connect the dots between the creativity there and her alma mater, Parsons School of Design.

The launch of the Design, Organization, Training Center (D.O.T) in Port-au-Prince is a significant part of Karan's commitment to the CLinton Global Initiative to bring vocational education to Haiti.
